BRAND CHALLENGE

How do we introduce a new idea into a saturated market filled with old ideas?

Bringing a new idea into a well-established market can be a very dangerous thing. While many people may love an underdog story, teaching an audience to think differently is a serious challenge to overcome.

We use brand to clarify Brave’s unique cultural matching model and its benefits, to help their clients make the mental shift to a new way of matching the ideal candidates for a particular role and company culture.

We needed a brand that matches the audacity of the promise.

Paradigm shifting ideas don’t have to be complicate. Using the Brand Maturity Model, we helped distill their new approach to hiring into a simple brand promise – Unleashing the best in people.

We believe that ideas may have power but no value outside of execution. The idea that re-centers the goal of hiring from company to people simply shifts the conversation and enables Brave to lead from a different vantage point. By creating clarity, it helps Brave to get ahead of the conversation and lead a new hiring movement.
